Romanian low cost airline Blue Air, has announced a new route from London Luton Airport to Larnaca, Cyprus, for Summer 2016, with the new service starting on April 25th 2016 and operating three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the summer.
The new flight which connects London with the popular resorts on the southern coast of Cyprus leaves London Luton at a convenient 11:00 (UK local time) arriving in Larnaca at 18:15. The return flight departs from Larnaca at 07:00 (Cyprus Local time) and arrives in London Luton at 10:15.
According to Alternative Airlines, recently Blue Air has achieved the accolade of becoming a certified IOSA airline. The IOSA program is a certification recognized and accepted internationally that aims to assess the management systems and operational control of an airline.

The announcement from Blue Air comes as London Luton has made public a new £110 million redevelopment which will increase capacity from 12 million to 18 million passengers per year by 2020.
