Coronavirus Guarantee - Book with Confidence Terms & Conditions

Q : What is the Book with Confidence policy?

A : The book with Confidence policy allows our guests with direct bookings via our website www.prestigebookings.com to cancel both Non-Refundable and Standard rate bookings, arriving on-orbefore December 31st, 2021, due to Covid-19 Quarantine or UK/Cyprus Government imposed restrictions. You will receive a Future Booking Credit for the amount paid, that can be applied to any future booking arriving in 2022 or 12 months from the cancellation date, whichever comes 1st. For all bookings cancelled in 2020 these must be rebooked for arrival before the 31st of December 2021. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged. These T&C’s were updated on the 16th of November 2020.

Q : Do all bookings qualify for “Book with Confidence”?

A : The Book with Confidence policy includes all existing and new bookings made directly on our website, arriving on-or-before December 31st, 2021.

Q : Do 3rd party bookings qualify for “Book with Confidence”?

A : The “Book with Confidence” Guarantee is not applicable to any bookings made via a 3rd party, including Travel Agents and online booking agencies. Please contact them directly to discuss your booking

Q : Do cancelled flights qualify for “Book with Confidence”?

A : Regretfully cancelled flights do not qualify for the book with confidence guarantee. As with all travel bookings, if your airline cancels your flights you would need to either rebook the flights, or make a claim on your travel insurance policy.

Q : How do I cancel or move my booking?

A : If you booked with a Travel Advisor, please contact them directly to discuss your booking. If you booked directly on our website www.prestigebookings.com, please email your cancellation request to customerservice@prestigebookings.com. Remember, you must notify us of your cancellation request no later than 70 days before the day of arrival. Once your booking is cancelled you will receive an email detailing your credit and instructions on how to rebook.

Q : What happens if Government restrictions significantly change in the 70 days prior to arrival?

A : Should Government restrictions significantly change in the 70 days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you.

Q : What happens if there’s a difference in the Future Travel Credit, and the villa that I would like to book next?

A : If the rate on your new booking exceeds the Future Cruise Credit’s value, you will have to pay the difference. Your credit card will only be charged for the difference if there is any. In the event your new booking is lower than the original booking, regretfully we are unable to refund the difference.

Q : What happens if the villa I had booked is not available for my new booking dates?

A : All bookings are subject to villa availability at the time of booking. The Future Travel Credit is available to book any of our villas, you are not restricted to book the same villa.

Q : Do standard Final Payment timelines still apply during this timeframe?

A : Yes. For the discounted Non-Refundable rates, full payment is still required at the time of booking. For all Standard rate bookings, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance no later than 70 days before arrival. If your arrival is within 70 days of booking, the full payment is required no matter what rated is used.

Q : Should we still take out Travel Insurance?

A : Yes, Your Future Travel Credit covers your villa booking with us and does not apply to flights, car hire or any bookings made with 3rd parties. Prestige Bookings always recommend you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy, covering all members of your party. Q : What precautions are you taking to prevent coronavirus when arrivals restart?

A : All our staff will be instructed in enhanced cleaning and heightened sanitation methods in accordance with the advice and instructions of the Cyprus Ministry of Tourism, and the Cyprus Ministry of Health. All villas will be professionally disinfected before any new arrivals begin. Prestige bookings follow all protocols and rules issued by the Cyprus tourism ministry and ministry of health.
