Discovering Oasis Lounge Bar: A Hidden Gem in Peyia
Places to Eat in Coral Bay. “What’s in a name?” Shakespeare once mused. Now, when you think about Coral Bay eateries, the name ‘Oasis’ pops up as often as sunny days. Enter Oasis Lounge Bar—a breath of fresh air, quite literally. Tucked into a custom-built space, this Coral Bay Restaurant boasts a warm interior and a vast terrace made to soak up those stunning sea views. During our visit, the terrace got a delightful breeze that felt like nature’s own air con.
Location, Location, Location
Finding Oasis is a breeze—pun totally intended. It’s cleverly placed before the notorious Peyia roadworks, saving you from a scenic detour through the village maze. As you head to the village, keep an eye peeled on the right. Bonus: there’s heaps of parking for those who consider parallel parking an Olympic sport.
A Menu to Remember
After hearing rave reviews from pals, we just had to check it out. The menu is a foodie’s paradise, especially if you’re a brunch enthusiast. Imagine two full pages of brunch options available until 5 PM! From healthy to sweet, they’ve got your back. “If brunch were a country, Oasis would be its capital,” quipped a friend.
We decided to sample both the brunch and lunch menus. The Eggs Florentine caught our eye, but with a twist—fresh spinach was swapped with rocket due to availability. This keen eye for detail shows their commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The dish was a masterpiece: a Cypriot spin on a classic, beautifully presented on flatbread with rocket, melted cheese, red onions, garlic, halloumi, and a perfectly cooked egg. The side salad and homemade crisps were the cherry on top.

Osais Lounge Bar in Peyia offers a laid-back vibe perfect for enjoying cocktails, light bites, and good company. Located close to Coral Bay, it’s a popular spot for both locals and visitors seeking a relaxed dining and drinking experience amidst beautiful surroundings.
Lunchtime Delights
The lunch menu held its own too. The Parmesan Chicken was a lighter, Cypriot take on the American classic. Generous chunks of chicken breast topped with a zesty sauce, served with mega chips and a fresh salad, made it a feast for the eyes and the belly.
Dessert and Drinks
Sadly, our bellies threw in the towel before dessert, but the pancakes we spotted looked divine. Oasis covers all dining bases—from brunch to dinner, snacks to sweet treats. Their smoothie selection is as tempting as the cocktail menu, with prices kicking off at just €6. We went for a glass of the house red, a Kalamos that was surprisingly good for a house wine.
Oasis Lounge Bar is the perfect Coral Bay Restaurant for a casual meet-up with friends or a chill solo escape. For locals, the added perk of takeaway and delivery makes it even more appealing.
